Edgewood Home Sales

Here is the updated data on homes for sale in Edgewood. I am using Redfin because it allows you to search by neighborhood, but if you have any other ideas or ways to get listings or open houses please let me know!

Here is the link to the data in Redfin:

Edgewood DC Real Estate

Edgewood has a very diverse housing stock with a wide range of sizes and prices. Right now the most expensive places listed are the new homes being built in Chancellor's Row listed at $649,900 while the least expensive listing is a one bedroom condo listed at $125,000. It seems that there continues to be a steady number of houses selling across the price ranges and there are quite a few pending sales that have yet to be posted.  The overall number of houses in the neighborhood for sale continues to be low.
There are new sales posted.

227 Bryant Street NE sold for $361,000 on December 13th
513 Montana Ave NE sold for $160,000 on December 15th
2905 7th Street NE sold for $369,900 on December 21st
2625 3rd Street NE Number 303 sold for $129,900 on December 23rd
225 Channing Street NE sold for $145,775 on December 28th
330 Rhode Island Ave NE Number 101 sold for $100,000 on December 29th
434 Evarts Street NE Number 2 sold for $82,000 on January 10th
2626 4th Street NE sold for $247,000 on January 13th

The Chancellor's Row development continues to be a high seller in the neighborhood having sold over a hundred houses to date.  The prices have gone up as I noticed they changed their signs from houses in the 400s to in the 500s.

There is one open house listed for Edgewood. There an open house at  2402 3rd Street NE on Sunday, Janunary 29th between 1 - 4 PM. If you know of any others please add the information to the comments section.
